ELIGIBILITY.  This Sweepstakes is a trade promotion open only to registered ReMIX07 Boston “Event” attendees who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license at time of entry.  U.S. GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING EMPLOYEES OF U.S. PUBLIC EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS, employees of Microsoft Corporation, Event sponsors and/or Event exhibitors and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, support personnel and immediate family members (i.e., parent, sibling, spouse, child, or household member) are not eligible to enter or win any prize.  This promotion is not open to the general public.

HOW TO ENTER / ENTRY LIMIT.  You will be given two (2) evaluation forms in your event bag, one (1) for each day. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into this Sweepstakes when you submit an event evaluation form with six (6) Partner stamps on it. You many choose from any six (6) of the ten (10) Partners in the Event Partner Pavilion to get stamps. The event evaluation form may be turned in outside the ballroom or at the registration table each day.  Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

ODDS OF WINNING / WINNER SELECT AND NOTIFICATION / PRIZE.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Seven (7) names will be drawn from among all eligible entries received at approximately 5:45 P.M. Eastern Time (ET) on Monday, October 8, 2007 and six (6) names will be drawn from among all eligible entries received at approximately 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time (ET) on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 to win prizes. The winners will be announced directly following the closing keynote each day.

PRIZES

At time of Vespa delivery, winner must provide proper documentation including but not limited to a valid driver's/operator’s license (if required by law) and proof of insurance covering the vehicle (if required by law), which must be in good standing and issued in his/her state of residence.  If winner fails to provide such proof, prize will be forfeited.  Winner is responsible for any additional license, registration, title, dealer charges or insurance fees required for taking possession of the prize.  Prize delivery is subject to manufacturer/distributor and dealer production and delivery schedule.  Winner must take delivery of prize within thirty (30) days of notice of availability from Microsoft-selected dealer or designated agent near winner’s primary residence or prize may be forfeited.  Vehicle color, options and equipment will be determined by Microsoft, in its sole discretion.  Any other incidental expenses or options on prize not specified herein are not included and are sole responsibility of winner.

Winners will be selected instantly and must be present at the time of drawing to win.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  Taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited by law.  No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except that Microsoft reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable.  Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release within 10 days of notification.  If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release, the selected winner will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be selected.  In the event of a dispute all decisions of Microsoft are final.  By entering, participants release and hold harmless Microsoft, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes or the use of any prize won.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Microsoft to use winner's names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.  By entering this Sweepstakes, you signify your acceptance of these Official Rules.
